A friendly and fun pottery studio near Weston-super-Mare
Welcome to Banwell Pottery
Banwell Pottery is a creative ceramics studio based in the @Worle Sports Centre near Weston-super-Mare. The studio is one of Brandon Trust’s thriving social enterprises, which offers people with learning disabilities and autism practical work experience and training opportunities in a supported and fun environment.
At the studio our potters produce unique designs inspired by the things they see around them. They make these designs into finished products, including ceramic tiles and coasters, hanging decorations, and greetings cards.
We sell and exhibit our work at variety of craft and art fairs across North Somerset and Bristol, as well as from our studio at @Worle and the Brandon charity shops. You can also have a go at designing and making ceramics yourself at our Wednesday evening classes.

Brandon Trust is a leading learning disability charity. Our goal is to set people free to live more fulfilled lives. One of the ways we do this is to operate a series of social enterprises. A friendly and fun studio, Banwell Pottery is one such enterprise. We offer work experience and training opportunities to people with learning disabilites and autism. We also run an evening pottery class which is open to the public.
